ZENA CHASE, MS, LCMHC, LCASA

Zena has a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a dually licensed counselor and addictions specialist who has been in the field for over ten years. Zena has worked with individuals, couples, families, and children. Zena started her counseling career in addictions and quickly expanded into mental health. Zena’s clinical experience thus far has been very diverse, and has had the opportunity to provide assessments, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation throughout the mental health and addiction community. She has worked with individuals from all walks of life who struggle with mental health, addiction, chronic illnesses, grief, and adjusting to life transitions and stressors. She is very passionate about helping people and celebrating their courageous strides. She believes It takes courage to seek counseling, and courage to trust the process. She strives to create a partnership that is therapeutic in nature, and intentional in effort. It is with that intention, courage, and partnership that she assists both clients’ and other clinicians in personal and professional growth, increasing self-awareness, sense of identity, and fostering resilience. She values integrative, innovative, and creative approaches to encourage thinking “outside of the box”.
