Noelle Charnow

My name is Noelle. I have three cats – Raven, Truffle, and Spirt. I went to school to get my associate degree in the medical field and graduated in 2015. I have always been inspired to help people and always cared for one’s well-being. My very first job was at another Mental Health and Substance Abuse facility, and I completely fell in love with the environment. When it was time for me to find another job, I knew that I wanted it to be in the same field and here I am.

I am a Medical Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist here at Triangle Wellness and Recovery. I give injections, assist providers during Ketamine, check patients in and out, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, get vitals before their appointments, and more. I really enjoy being able to see and talk to the patients throughout the day before and/or after their appointments.
