We offer individual, couples, family and group therapy as well as recovery-focused medical and psychiatric evaluation for co-occurring disorders and medication management, including medication assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorder. We also perform urine drug testing in our office allowing us to use that information in real-time as we counsel clients. When clinically indicated, we send out samples for further testing.

We specialize in helping people in their recovery from unhealthy drug or alcohol use, behavioral addictions, chronic pain or other mental health disorders. We treat depression, anxiety and other conditions that may contribute to unhealthy substance use or medication misuse.

Our therapists work with children as young as 12 years old and our physician provides evaluation and medication management for individuals who are 16 and older.

Drug testing is one tool that we can use to help monitor your treatment progress. We understand just how powerful the disease of addiction is and we do not view testing as pass or fail. Drug testing can provide important information in establishing or modifying your treatment plan. Measuring substance use in someone who struggles with the disease of addiction is just like measuring blood sugar levels in a patient who has diabetes. The frequency of drug testing will be determined by your treatment stage.

No. We are an “out of network” provider and do not contract with any insurers. Please see the question below about how you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.

We are happy to provide you with pre-filled forms and the documents you need to file for reimbursement with your insurance company. These can be received on the day of service to allow for timely claims submission. We cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for all or part of your service. Your reimbursement will depend on your individual policy terms.

We offer several groups a week, including evening and weekend options. Each group is described in detail on our Groups page.

No. All of our visits are by appointment only. For established patients we make every effort to provide crisis services on a same-day basis either with an in-person office visit or via telemedicine/teletherapy.

New patients are offered an appointment within one week, and, in special situations, we may be able to offer a new patient visit the next business day.

Yes. Our earliest in-office visit is 7am and our latest appointment is 7pm. We are also open Saturdays from 8:30 am to 2 pm. Telemedicine/Teletherapy visits are also available and may be scheduled outside of our regular open office hours depending on provider availability.

Our rates are listed on the Financial page. Our services are designed to be modular and billed on an individual basis which allows for maximum personalization of the client's treatment plan.

We offer a 20% discount to clients who are active duty military, police, or fire and rescue personnel; full time employees of a public school system (Pre-K to 12th grade); and seniors 65 years or older.
